this is a welcome chat (47)
this is
a welcome chat
four corners of the room
filled with eucalyptus smoke
filled the airwaves
and sweetly tasted the skin
so many years to sit and listen
so many years to humbly accept it
the wings of the morning
the dwelling place in the depths
where hands hold fast and lead
despite the alteration
despite the gradual decay
despite the ROT
grateful to separate oneself
from the fire escape of pain ,
when they search and harvest
the blue petals from a different solstice
this is
a welcome chat
