hi there ,
going to go out on a limb and try something new
a few years ago when i first started seriously writing , i used to make it a habit of creating something every single day , regardless of how perfect (or legible) it may come across
some of these words ended up being the impetus for finished pieces , published both here and in other places
some of these words also ended up not going anywhere at all , and served no real purpose other than serving to create for the sake of creating , for accountability
regardless , hopefully they can serve as inspiration for you - to be bold , to put yourself out there , to make art every day that makes you proud to be you.
i’ll be posting a few from the past few days , and once we’re all caught up to the present day , try and make a regular schedule where these are shared with people that support the newsletter

a crown of thorns turned
 to flowers
on a saturday night ,
where the lights are low
in the breezeÂ
A LAST PLACE FINISHING MOVE
these things happen as they should
no need to fret
CALM
ACCEPTANCE
restore us , oh GOD
restore this sanity
trinkets left
within the deep
recess of the
 cavern ,
but if you take them ,
they will
always come
back
