Hi there ,
2024 , in review -
Grand total for books that were read this year was a whopping 30 pieces of literature (either in print or audio versions).
*this is the stack of books and yellow legal pads that accumulated in the corner in the second bedroom. Some books were lent out , some were just on audio , some legal pads were lost or still in progress - these are the survivors.
This is the most that I have consumed and committed to in an entire calendar year.
//
Last two books that were sneaked out last minute were:
The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss - 12.30.24
AND
The Orchard Keeper by Cormac McCarthy - 12.31.24
Bookended 2024 with two Cormac McCarthy novels. In the in-between, I attempted to spice up the types of work I normally would not be inclined to give a try (non-fiction and autobiographies to be specific).
